A: The times of delivery vary according to drivers routes.
Q: Can my medicine be delivered on a Saturday?
A: Yes, your package can be delivered on Saturday. Please make sure to let us know to ship it out on Friday for home delivery on Saturday. In the event you miss the delivery on Saturday, FedEx will not start to reattempt until Tuesday, which is the beginning of their work week.

A: The cost is free. There is no additional charge to you.

A: Yes, a signature is required.

A: No, online pay is not accepted at this time.

A: Yes, your package can still be sent, but a Parkside Chemists pre-paid postcard that will come inside your package must be sent back with your signature. It might be best to e-mail us at info@parksidechemists.com to inform us of the details of your travel arrangements if you are expecting a delivery.
Q: Why did my medication get sent to your pharmacy?
A: Your doctor sent your prescription to Parkside Chemists because we are a Specialty Pharmacy.
Q: Why do I have a refill? I never asked for a refill.
A: The prescribing doctor gave you refills on your medication. Parkside Chemists has an auto refill policy. Prior to your prescription being sent out, the patient will be called to verify if the refill is necessary and to authorize auto refill policy.
Q: How long do medications take to ship to me?
A: If it is sent USPS it takes from 3 to 4 business days. If it is sent FedEx, you will have next day delivery.
Q: Can I track my package?
A: If an e-mail was provided at the time the address was confirmed then you should have received an e-mail with tracking information.
Q: Is there anything that needs to be signed?
A: Yes, there will be a pre-paid Parkside Chemists postcard that must be signed and mailed back at no additional cost to you.
Q: How do I go about taking my prescriptions?
A: Everyone id different, each individual medication will come marked and labeled with instructions on how to take your medication accordingly. If you are unsure you may always contact our Pharmacist anytime to consult and have your questions answered regarding your medications.

A: Monday through Friday 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. (No delivery to Manhattan, only shipment through USPS or FedEx). Brooklyn area is 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday deliveries are from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
